Please call the clinic to schedule. All medical and insurance-based massage appointments require a referral, and some insurance plans require prior authorization before treatment can begin. The number of approved visits may be limited by the client’s insurance plan, authorization, and payer requirements. Appointments cannot be scheduled until all required documentation and approvals have been received.

- You’ll receive confirmation and intake forms via email
- You’ll have the opportunity to share your goals and concerns in advance
