Medical Massage / Insurance-Based Care
Please call the clinic to schedule. All medical and insurance-based massage appointments require a referral. Some insurance plans may also require prior authorization before treatment can begin. The number of approved visits may be limited by the client’s insurance plan, authorization, and payer requirements. Appointments can be scheduled once the required referral is received and, when applicable, any required authorization has been obtained.

We understand that booking a massage—especially for the first time—can come with questions. Our process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and stress-free. When you book your appointment:
- You’ll choose your preferred session length and therapist
- You’ll receive confirmation and intake forms via email
- You’ll have the opportunity to share your goals and concerns in advance
Your session will always begin with a brief consultation to ensure your treatment is tailored specifically to your needs.
